GREAT NEWS – Chelsea CLOSE To Completing Signing Of Arsenal Target

Defending Premier league champions Chelsea are on the verge of signing Jamaican Leon Bailey from Slovakian team Trencin. The 17 year old Bailey plays as a striker for the Jamaican U-23 side. If the 17 year old signs for  Chelsea he seems very unlikely to feature for Chelsea with the likes of Radamel Falcao, Diego Costa , Loic Remy still in the side which means Jose Mourinho will surely send the youngster out on loan. It was reported that Jose Mourinho will be loaning the Jamaican youngster to Belgian side Racing Genk after his move to Chelsea is completed.

After being heavily criticised for their youth system that has failed to produce top quality players for the Chelsea team, Jose Mourinho is keen to add young and exciting prospects into the team. With the likes of promising players like Dominic Solanke and Bertrand Traore, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Lewis Baker, Patrick Bamford all showing signs of great potential Chelsea’s future seems to be very bright.

Leon Bailey is Chelsea’s fourth signing this summer window after signing Columbian Radamel Falcao on loan from Monaco, goalkeeper Asmir Begovic from Stoke City and Romanian defender Cristian Manea from Viitorul for a fee of 3m. Chelsea will be hoping to make two more signings to strengthen their squad as they plan to defend their title next season. Everton defender John Stones seems likely to be Chelsea’s fifth signing after signing Leon Bailey.
