Rodriguez to Man Utd

James Rodriguez is for Sale, Jose Mourinho to Bring him to Old Trafford?

The Colombian star that made an immediate impression during the World Cup is now struggling to prove his worth at Real Madrid. Manager Zinedine Zidane doesn’t seem happy with his performances and has reportedly put him up on sale.

This is good news for Manchester United as they have long been admirers of the Colombian. The Premier League club now may have the chance to buy him at a much lower price than he was previously tagged with.

The 24-year-old has been under huge criticism lately and has also been called overweight. After his first appearance under Zinedine Zidane last month, that came against Betis, he hit out at his critics.

‘The talk really p***** me off,’ he said. ‘My people know how I act and that I always seek to take good care of myself.’

The player has only made a total of 16 appearances in La Liga this season but has managed to scored 5 goals and have 6 assists to his name. Perhaps the midfielder wouldn’t mind leaving Real Madrid, before finding himself completely out-of-favour at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Rodriguez has long career ahead of himself, and he might want to avoid falling into the victimisation of the Spanish Press and under performing at Madrid.
Perhaps the idea of working under Jose Mourinho at Manchester United might be an idea good enough for the Columbian to leave Spain for England.
