Chelsea Target Flies In For MEDICAL, €35m Deal Is Agreed, Announcement Tomorrow

If you believe Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, Chelsea target Arturo Vidal has finally agreed a deal with Bayern Munich and will not be coming to the premier league any time soon. The Chilean was linked with a move to Chelsea with some reports claiming Jose Mourinho is keen on signing the player for the blues as a replacement for Oscar who is thought to be on his way to Juventus.

It was reported back then that Chelsea will allow Juve sign Oscar provided the blues can sign Vidal and a deal was said to be on the plate and an announcement was only delayed because of the player’s involvement in the COPA America which Chile won for the first time in their history.

Vidal was also linked to Arsenal but if you believe Gianluca Di Marzio, the player is only hours away from becoming a Bayern Munich player in a deal he claim is worth €35 million plus additional performance related bonuses.

According to reports, the player has flown to Germany and will complete a medical and should he pass the medical, both clubs will make an official statement confirming the transfer later today or tomorrow.

With Vidal not joining Chelsea ( maybe because the blues aren’t really interested? ), it remains to be see if Juve will still come for Oscar and if Mourinho will be willing to sell the Brazilian.
