£23.3m Star Arrives For Medical, To Complete Chelsea Transfer, Announce Imminent

Out-of-favour Chelsea winger, Juan Caudrado, is currently in Italy, with the Turin giant precisely, to complete a loan move with the back to back Italian champions.

The Turin giant confirmed the arrival of the player when they posted a number of the winger’s picture as he was being welcomed by their fans.

Cuadrado is expected to undergo medical before midnight today in a loan deal that will see him spend the rest of the season with Juventus. It is also understood that the deal will be agreed with an option of buy.

The 27-year-old was signed by the Blues for £23.3 from Fiorentina in the January of this year following his impressive performance for club and country. He scored 26 goals in 106 appearances for Fiorentina and will be hoping to rediscover his shooting boots for the Turin champions.

He has featured for a scanty 15 times for the Blues and fell further down the selection cadre of Mourinho following the signing of Pedro from Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have been heavily linked with a record breaking deal for Pogba of Juventus. Mourinho is hoping to bank on the new found relationship with the Turin club to tempt them to releasing their box-to-box midfielder.
