Valdes to Leave Manchester United

£95,000-A-Week Two Times UCL Winner Set To Complete Man United Transfer

Former Barcelona and out-of-favour Manchester United shot-stopper, Victor Valdes, could be on his way out of Old Trafford on a free transfer, per reports. The 33-year-old Spanish short stopper walked into Manchester United from Barcelona on  free transfer in the October of last year.

Valdes reportedly fell out with Louis Van Gaal for refusing to play in the reserve team for the Red Devils and he was subsequently not given a squad number for this season.

The amiable Barcelona shot stopper of yesteryears sought a transfer in the summer but the deal failed to pull through.

Still not in good terms with Van Gaal, Valdes has already started talking to Espanyol de Barcelona and it is understood that talks are already at an advanced stage,  per report.

Since joining United last year, Valdes has made only two appearances for United and he is keen or reviving his career.

After falling out with Van Gaal, Valdes was relegated as third choice in the selection perking order of Van Gaal and may never get to wear the gloves for United.

Valdes is in the final year of his contract but it is understood that he will be allowed to leave on a free transfer in January.
