Chelsea News – Europa League Winner To Undergo Medical Today As Chelsea Move Nears

With the amount of players Chelsea send out on loan each season, one cannot help but wonder how many people being employed by the Blues to handle the large paper works of this loan deals. The Blues currently have 26 players on loan right now and are about to make it 27 with the imminent departure of Nathaniel Chalobah.

Chelsea are sending yet another player on loan after reaching an agreement to send 20 year old Nathaniel Chalobah on a season long loan with no option to buy. The English man was expected to go on loan to Reading this summer window but it is understood that Chalobah favoured a move abroad rather than staying in England.

Nathaniel Chalobah is Chelsea’s 27th player to be sent out on loan this window and he is not expected to be the last, as there is still a possibility of some other players at the club going out on loan before the transfer window closes.

Nathaniel Chalobah is reportedly expected to have his medical this evening ahead of his proposed move to Napoli, before signing his contract with the club and finalising his move. This move will be Chalobah’s sixth loan spell  of his career, having also appeared for Watford, Nottingham Forest, Middlesbrough, Burnley and Reading. The 20 year old who can play as a midfielder or a defender will be keen to impress at Napoli and make an impact at the club before he departs.
