Chelsea are the favourites to sign AC Milan striker Carlos Bacca, according to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.
The report claims that Chelsea are particularly interested in the player as he is not Champions League-tied and can help them defeat PSG in the round of last-16 of the continental competition.
AC Milan signed the Colombian international from La Liga club Sevilla for a transfer fee in the region £22.5 million in the summer, and they will be willing to sell him for around £30million.
Bacca helped Sevilla claim Europa League last season and has scored nine goals in 21 appearances for the Serie A club this season.
The Blues are in desperate need of a striker, who can provide backup to Diego Costa, and Bacca perfectly suits their needs.
The player himself will be willing for the move as Milan, despite their massive transfer spree in the summer, once again seems destined to miss out on Champions League football.
