FANTASTIC NEWS – Man Utd to Sign a Superstar for INSANE Amount, Player to Earn £250,000-a-week
In a sensational exclusive, Daily Star has claimed that Man Utd are ready to place a £65 million for Premier League rivals Chelsea’s superstar Eden Hazard.
The 25-year old has been rumoured to leave Stamford Bridge in the summer, with PSG and Real Madrid leading the race to procure his services. But the latest interest from Man Utd has thrown a new twist in the transfer saga.
Real Madrid’s manager Zinedine Zidane has already proclaimed his love for the Belgian international and Los Blancos are expected to shell up to £100 million for the player.
Meanwhile, PSG are also interested in bringing the player back to Ligue 1. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is set to depart from the French league in the summer, and the champions have identified Hazard as their next superstar.
According to the report, United have turned their heads towards Hazard after realizing that they won’t be able to sign Gareth Bale or Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid in the summer. Real have, reportedly, refused to do business with the Manchester club following the falling out between the two clubs over the transfer of goalkeeper David de Gea last summer.
“The club has to be realistic and realise that signing Gareth Bale or Cristiano Ronaldo remains a long shot, which means alternative targets come into the equation,” a source told the Daily Star. “Eden Hazard is certainly one of those and the type of player United need if they want to start winning trophies again.”
Hazard, whose form has suffered a tremendous dip in his form this season, has already made up his mind about leaving the Blues in the summer. His relations with the club have also deteriorated over the season.
The Red Devils are ready to offer a salary of £250,000 to the Belgian to lure him to Old Trafford. Any possible transfer deal will hinge on Louis Van Gaal securing Champions League football for the club.
