Granit Xhaka, who was being chased by both Arsenal and Liverpool during the January transfer window, has spoken about his interest in joining the Premier League.
The Borussia Monchengladbach player wants to join the Premier League stating that it is his dream. According to The Sun he said, ‘England is my dream. I do not hide it.’
‘Whether I’ll be happy there, only the good Lord knows.
‘For me money is not important. Otherwise I would not move from Basel to Monchengladbach in 2012.
‘It’s about being a big challenge for me as a footballer.’
Xhaka will most likely make a move to England in the summer transfer window. He is reportedly being valued at £37m and it now depends on Arsene Wenger and Jurgen Klopp to make the right offer.
Despite that, the 23-year-old is on Arsenal and Liverpool’s radar and he can be expected to be seen in the Premier League next season.
