The Dutchman was expressed his anger at Aston Villa manager Remi Garde for talking about a move for Blues striker Loic Remy.
Earlier in the day, Garde publicly expressed his interest in the Chelsea striker. He said: “Loic is a guy I know well, he would be an interesting player for the team. I can’t tell you (our chances of signing him). He is part of some players I try to attract to Aston Villa.”
“Loic is quite a special one; he knows the country, the league. I have some targets that would be this level maybe without knowing the country and league.”
Hiddink took an exception to these comments and accused Garde of showing a lack of respect towards Chelsea.
“I don’t think we or the management will go into a similar situation,” said the Dutchman. “You have to respect where the players are. If you are interested, talk first to the people with whom they are contracted. You cannot go into details.”
