Is Muller Set To Join Manchester United For £60m? Bayern Director Speaks

The Allianz Arena has been a good hunting ground for the Red Devils in terms of transfer. Earlier in the summer, Manchester United successfully landed Bayern Munich’s player, Schweinsteiger, but their effort to acquirement his former team mate, Thomas Muller, has been met with disappointment as the club has out-rightly ruled out the possible of his departure, per TalkSport.

The reports are claiming that Manchester United offered £60m for the player but the Bundesliga champions have said they are unwillingly to listen to offer for the player regardless of amount offered

When faced with press, the club made it clear that the 25-year-old versatile midfielder will not be leaving Bayern any time soon and will extend his contract before the close of the window.

We will need every player,

“I think there is nothing more that could happen [in the transfer market].” Matthias Sammer said.

The Red Devils are wary of their attacking line that has so far produced only two goals in their three games. Having lost out on signing Pedro to Chelsea, the Old Trafford outfit are desperately looking for an attacker that will fire them back to winning trophies.

Muller has already registered three goals in two games for Bayern Munich in this current campaign against a Manchester United side that has managed two goals in three league games.
