Liverpool has joined Man Utd in the pursuit of Marseille youngster Georges-Kevin N’Koudou. The 20-year-old is said to be one of the best young talents in Ligue 1 and has also attracted the attention of West Ham.
However, the Sun reports that Liverpool currently are the favourites to sign the winger.
N’Koudou has scored eight times and provided four assists across all competitions for his club this season and has been one of the standout players for them.
He joined Marseille from Nantes for a transfer fee believed to be around £1million last summer. He signed a five-year deal with the club on his arrival and hence Marseille are under no pressure to sell their prized asset.
According to the report, the French club can, however, be convinced to part with their player for a transfer fee of £15m.
N’Koudou is also a France U-21 international and has been touted to make the step up to the senior squad in future.
