Manchester United CLEAR Favorites To Sign Lewandowski Ahead Of Arsenal

The Old Trafford Landlords are now favorites to land the lethal Poland International forward Robert Lewandowsky after failed attempt to get Alexandre Lacazette and Harry kane. The sleekly forward stunned fans with his goal yesterday in their pre-season friendly against Ac Milan and has given Pep Gardiola a food for thought. Apparently, Bayern Munich may not be willing to let him leave this summer with his impressive form and showoffs in their pre-season games.

However, reports coming in from Germany has tipped Old Trafford as the next possible destination for the striker.

Arsene wenger had in the past signified interest in the Poland born 26-year-old attacker but he opted to sign a pre-contract agreement with Bayern Munich and joined them in the summer 2014. The player’s agent Cezary Kucharski had hinted that a very high offer could lure his client out of Germany. With large sum in Arsenal’s transfer kitten, they can afford to match Bayern’s asking price for the player.

Pundits and fans have tipped Arsenal to come out tops in the EPL only if they secure the services of a prolific finisher in an otherwise solid team. Should the deal pull through, Lewandowski is expected to walk into Arsenal’s first team and be given more playing time than the “Average” French born Oliver Giroud. However, same scenario cannot play out at Old Trafford. The presence of their captain Wayne Rooney Means Lewandowski will have to slug it out with the aforementioned player for first place in the attack of United.
