Manchester United are ready to complete the signing of Lazio’s Felipe Anderson as they look to bolster their attack during the January transfer window with much needed pace and creativity as LVG noted in a recent press statement.
The Lazio chairman has come out to confirm Manchester United’s interest with the player but has also stated that they are in no hurry to sell him.
LVG has been stressing on the fact that he needs a new winger in all his press conferences and Anderson seems to be the most likely option as he possess great pace and technique on the ball.
There are many other players who are linked with a transfer to Manchester United, but Felipe seems to be the most realistic option as other superstar players would not be allowed to leave their respective teams mid-season.
Lazio could be persuaded to let Anderson go no matter how firm they stand over the transfer of Anderson.
A fee of around the region of £30m could be enough for the Serie A giants to let go off their star performer. The high rated Brazilian has also been linked with a move to Chelsea and Arsenal but it appears Manchester United set to win the race to sign the Brazilian.
