Personal Terms Agreed, Manchester United To ANNOUNCE Transfer Of £120,000-A-Week Star

Spanish goalkeeper Victor Valdes is set to put an end to his misery at Manchester United, having agreed a deal with Turkish club Beskitas to move there on a permanent deal, with the club expected to pay up to a million pounds for the 33 year old.

Many would consider the signing of Victor Valdes by Louis Van Gaal somewhat of a risk as the 33 year old was returning from a lengthy spell on the sidelines after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament. But Louis Van Gaal is believed to have had faith in the Spanish goalkeeper’s ability and trusted him enough to make him the second choice goalkeeper of Manchester United.

However fast forward eight months later and Louis Van Gaal’s faith in Victor Valdes has been depleted due to a relationship breakdown between the pair. The 33 year old’s refusal to play with the U-21 team has led to his short stay at Manchester United even though the likes of Falcao , RVP , Adnan Januzaj all played in the U-21  at some point to regain fitness.

Victor Valdes will only have himself to blame as the Spanish goalkeeper was in line to take De Gea’s position as number 1 in the team due to De Gea’s rumored move to Real Madrid. Sergio Romero’s arrival and performances thus far will have done nothing to help Victor Valdes to regain his place in the team and has only held the door open for the Spaniard’s exit.
