Welcome To Old Trafford – Manchester United To ANNOUNCE £40M Striker Signing

The Red Devils started the Premier League on a positive note as they were able to gather seven points out of a possible nine. But there have been worries over United’s wastefulness in front of goal. The team has managed to score twice in their three opening matches making obvious the need for a genuine goal poacher. But, hope is not lost at the Fortress of Old Trafford as per the dream of landing an attacker.

According to reports coming from Germany, the Red Devils have met the valuation price of German champion’s Robert Lewandowsky in a proposed long term deal.  The reports also claims that United are keen on completing the deal before the closing day of the summer transfer window.

This transfer window has seen United as active following their sale and signing of four players respectively. Of the four players shipped out by LVG, three of them are attackers in Van Persie, Falcao and Angel Di Maria and these departures turned out to have weakened their attack. However, LVG is looking to bolster the attacking line in his quest for rebuilding a formidable team for the Old Trafford outfits.

The reports as per EPLScouts are claiming that Manchester United have launched a bid to the tune of £40million, which is the player’s tag, but they are now waiting for the German champions to respond to their bid.

The former Dortmund’s player has be classed as one of the best strikers in the world. He scored 25goals out of the 49games that he featured for club last season. And so far this campaign, he’s already netted two goals in two matches.
