Mega-Deal: Liverpool Give Klopp Money To Sign ‘World-Class’ £50m Goal-Machine. Agent Confirms Transfer Is Possible

Even ending the summer as one of the biggest spenders in the transfer market, Liverpool could end up spending as much when the January window is opened.

Arguably the most in-formed attacker in the world, Liverpool have been linked with signing Bayern Munich goal poacher Robert Lewandowski, per reports.

As claimed by the Independent, Klopp is seeking a reunion with his former player;

“New Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is seeking a reunion with Bayern Munich’s Polish striker Robert Lewandowski”.

Although, a lot of pundits think the move is almost impossible as the Polish would not want to play in a club that isn’t in the Champions League and other clubs will be offering more for his services.

Following his appointment as the manager of Liverpool, the German tactician is expected to bullish in the transfer market of January and is understood to be preparing about £50 million for Lewandowski, per German Bild.

The agent of Lewandowski, Maik Barthel had hinted on the availability of the prolific finisher only if the right amount was paid.

“It would be wrong to say there is no interest. I think it would have to be a very high offer, definitely higher than £35m.”

Klopp is in a pole position to sign the player as they have worked together. Should Liverpool sign him, they would have signed one of the best if not the best striker in the world.
