Pedro Thanks Barca, Confirms Manchester United Move

Pedro has dropped a hint that he’s set for a move to Manchester United, after he thanked Barcelona and said he’ll always be a supporter, as reported by Spanish Radio AL Primer Toque.

The Spanish International has been seriously linked with a move to United this summer.

Earlier this week, Daily Star reported that Pedro has told his friends he was joining Manchester United in days.

Spanish football expert Guillem Balague also claimed on Twitter that Pedro has already agreed terms with the Red Devils.

Furthermore, the Daily Express claim Barcelona and the Red Devils have agreed on a transfer fee for the winger; the newspaper reported that Barcelona’s No.7 has already completed his initial medical with United.

However, during the UEFA Super Cup final, which Barcelona won a thrilling game 5-4, Pedro was the hero as he scored the winning goal, tapping in from the rebound following a Lionel Messi free-kick.

After the match, Pedro hinted that he was set to move, with the Spaniard saying he was not happy for not being included in the starting eleven.

He said, as per Primer Toque:  ”I have spoken with my colleagues, I do not know what will happen, I give a million thanks to this club because I will always be a supporter of Barcelona.

“It is a difficult situation for me. I’ve come out with much anger for not playing today.

“In this match without Neymar, I had more opportunities to play. But in the end things have gone well.”

Last season, Pedro scored six goals and registered six assists in 35 La Liga games. The forward, however, only started eight games, with that justifying why he wants to exit the club.
