UCL Winner Confirms Man Utd Transfer & Barcelona Star Joining United in January?
The possibility of David de Gea moving to Real Madrid has made United cautious and they are on the look-out for a goal-stopper should the Spaniard leave.
The latest development is Claudio Bravo, the Barcelona goalkeeper who has been in fine form for the Catalans. The Chile international is reported to be on United’s radar despite David de Gea’s new contract of five-years.
In other news, Victor Valdes, who arrived at Old Trafford from Barcelona has chosen to leave the club. The 34-year-old hardly featured in matches to represent United and his departure wouldn’t be shock to anyone.
The Spaniard, whose spell at United has been nothing more than that of spectator has bid United farewell with an online message thanking the fans. Valdes wrote on Twitter:
“Thank you all for your support during these months of hard work for me. I will never forget! See you soon!”
Valdes is off to Belgium to play for Standard Liege.
