Dreams Coming True? Gareth Bale to Join Mourinho at Old Trafford

Manchester United have for a long time been linked with a money-spinning move for Real Madrid star Gareth Bale.

And now the odds on Manchester United luring Gareth Bale this summer have been slashed amid speculations that Jose Mourinho could take the managerial job at Old Trafford and replace Louis van Gaal.

United have attempted to secure the services of the Welshman in each of the last transfer season but he chose to remain at Bernabeu and rejected any move back to England.

Mourinho has be tipped to replace van Gaal and bookmakers Betaway believes Bale may join the former Chelsea manager to Old Trafford.

They have responded to talk of Mourinho taking over by slashing the odds of Bale moving to United to 5/4.

Betway’s Alan Alger said: “The Theatre of Dreams looks set to be the stage for Jose Mourinho’s next act and he’ll likely bring along some old friends to play along with him.

“It was said that Gareth Bale turned down a move to Manchester United due to the uncertainty surrounding Louis van Gaal’s future at the club.

“Once LVG’s shown the door, it could be all systems go for Bale who’s 5/4 to reunite with his old boss in the summer.”
The Dutch man looks certain to lose his job if Manchester United fail reclaim their glory by securing a place in next season’s Champions League.
